Bellevue Paper carefully prepares and packs each order from our studio in Pasadena. Orders ship Monday thru Friday. Customer service emails are answered Monday thru Friday.
All orders are fulfilled within 3-4 business days after the order is placed.
We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS. Please note that Bellevue Paper does not charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are based solely on weight/dimensions and destination.
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, although we are unable to make any guarantees.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy
Bellevue Paper accepts returns for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to offer cash refunds.
Please contact us with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for requested return. Once we receive your request, our team will contact you via email and initiate the process for either an exchange or store credit.
Please note, any items purchased at a discounted price, personalized or special order are final sale.
